How do we pair up?

One of you opens Us and shares the six-character invite code (or the share link). The other opens Us → Pair with your partner and enters it. That is it — you are a couple for the season, and every episode you play together is on one shared scoreboard.

You do not have to pair to start. Everything runs solo, and pairing later keeps your history.

Do we both have to pay for Plus?

No. One subscription covers both of you. As soon as either partner subscribes, Plus unlocks for the couple — unlimited shows, six prediction prompts, custom squares and stakes, the fantasy roster and the full season archive. If the partner who pays leaves the couple, Plus goes with them.

I subscribed but the app says I am on Free

Go to Us → Episode Bingo Plus → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that bought the subscription. If your partner is the one who paid, check you are actually paired with them — Plus follows the couple, and an unpaired account cannot see it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Episode Bingo Plus → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Plus keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel anything.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Us → Delete account. It is immediate and irreversible — your account, sign-in links, name and email are removed. Past sessions stay on your partner's scoreboard with your side shown as a deleted account, so their season history survives. If you would rather we did it, email support@episodebingo.com from the address on the account.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel that in iOS Settings first.

Nothing happens when I tap a square

Squares need a double-tap. A single tap just wiggles the square, so a stray thumb in the dark cannot cost you a bingo. Double-tap again to unmark it.

We disagree about what happened in the episode

That is the game. On the settle-up screen you confirm each outcome together, and if you cannot agree, tap coin flip and let the app decide. There is no data feed of the episode; the honour system is deliberate.
